Privacy note
This note explains what happens to the details you share with Rarearth Projects Private Limited (“Rare Earth”, “we”) through this website, why we ask for them, and the choices you have.
Who is responsible

What we collect, and only when you choose to share it
- When you send an enquiry: your name and phone number and, if you add them, your email address, the community and plot size you are interested in, a preferred date for a visit, your purpose and your message.
- If you write to us as a landowner: where the land is, its survey number and extent, how you are connected to it, and anything else you choose to tell us.
- If you write to us as a channel partner: your firm’s name, city and RERA agent registration number.
- With every enquiry: the page you sent it from and, if you reached us through a link or an advertisement, the campaign tags in that link (such as
utm_source) and the website that referred you. These show us which of our communications are useful.
We do not ask for identity documents, bank details or passwords anywhere on this website.
How your enquiry reaches us
This website does not keep your enquiry on a server of its own. When you press Send on WhatsApp, your message is put together in your browser and opened in WhatsApp; if you choose email, it opens in your email app instead. Nothing reaches us until you press send there. From that moment, WhatsApp (operated by Meta) or your email provider carries the message under its own terms and privacy policy, and it arrives at our team’s WhatsApp number or inbox.
If we later add a service that records enquiries directly from this site, we will update this note before we switch it on.
What stays in your browser
To make the site work smoothly, a few small items are kept in your browser’s session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab:
- an unsent draft of your enquiry, so you don’t lose what you typed;
- the first page of your visit and any campaign tags in the link you arrived by;
- whether you have already seen the opening animation.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not place third-party trackers on this site. Our typefaces are served by Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google to load them, which shares your IP address with Google as part of that request. Google Maps content on a project page, such as a map or a 360° view, loads only if you choose to open it, and “Directions” and map links open Google Maps in a new tab.
Why we use your details
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a private viewing.
- To send you the brochure, layout, prices or documents you asked for.
- To follow up on your interest for as long as it is useful to you.
- To tell you about new Rare Earth releases, only if you ticked “Keep me posted”. That box is never ticked for you.
We do not sell your details or pass them to anyone for their own marketing. We share them only where it helps us serve you, for example with a bank you ask us to introduce you to for a home loan or with our legal advisers when a purchase goes ahead, and with public authorities where the law requires it.
How long we keep them
We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them to respond and to follow up on your interest, and longer only where the law requires it, for example records of a completed purchase. Retention period: To be confirmed
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can:
- ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- ask us to correct, complete or update it;
- ask us to erase it once we no longer need it to serve you or to meet a legal obligation;
- withdraw any consent you have given, including to updates, at any time; this does not affect anything done before you withdrew it;
- nominate someone to exercise these rights for you in the event of death or incapacity;
- raise a grievance with us and, if it is not resolved, with the Data Protection Board of India.

Children
This site is meant for adults considering land. We do not knowingly collect details from anyone under 18.
